ABOUT THE ARTIST

Martin Millard was born in London and was educated in England. He later attended the School of Visual Arts in New York from which he graduated in 1975 before returning to London.
​
He has specialised in drawing buildings in London, and has always been attracted to London’s historical architecture. This embraces both old residential buildings, churches, and some of the less well known areas, for example, riverside areas East of the City.
​
He has been a local artist in Chelsea for many years, and has drawn many commissions of people’s houses, schools, universities, favourite places, pets, and boats, to name but some types of subject.
​
His speciality is taking commissions for House Portraits, and he can easily work from photographs if required.
